NEW DELHI:Narendra Modi today coined a term that could succinctly sum up many children across India – “PUBG-wala“. As he fielded questions on exam stress at his “Pariksha Par Charcha2.0″. Besides a mother complained about his son to Narendra Modi that he was avoiding studies. And addiction of online games has stuck to his mind, then Narendra Modi replied: “PUBG-wala hai kya?”. As a result the audience roared with laughter.
On a serious note, the Narendra Modi said it was not good to discourage children from technology or any games like PUBG. “Explore new ways in which you encourage and enhance your children towards accepting and understanding technology. But it should not be allowed to narrow us down because that would be very harmful for us,” PM Narendra Modi advised.
Cons of Technology
“Like everything else, technology too comes with its positives and negatives. And most importantly as parents, we must guide our children to get the most from technology. Encourage their curiosity on learning about various apps… like how to build something, or cook something.”
PM Narendra Modi said if parents tried to make these efforts, children would hopefully move from “playstation to the playground”. Therefore, the hugely popular multi-player game PUBG, has been banned in schools in PM Narendra Modi home state Gujarat.
Overall, we can say that yes, technology plays an important role in our life. In this 21st century we cannot dicourage technology. Because it became a very important role in our lifestyle. But at the same time, we must know and we must learn how to use which technology at what time. Because if we use this tool wisely it will became boon instead of a curse. We definately have to consider the words of PM Narendra Modi and re-think what he tried to tell us.
